If you want to stick with your current version of SketchUp you can still access 3D Warehouse using Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge. Please consider submitting a new test report. This issue only impacts the built-in 3D Warehouse browser in SketchUp 20. If you use SketchUp for commercial purposes you need SketchUp Pro. The page is just blank when I try to search. This is unfortunate, as I still get lots of use out of the free SketchUp Make 2017. SketchUp 2017 and later use an embedded Chromium browser that is fully compatible with 3D Warehouse.įor non-commercial use you can use SketchUp Free online or download SketchUp Make from this page. On another, but related note: it appears that SketchUp will no longer be providing 2017-compatible files via the 3D warehouse as of the end of this month (unless the original model was from 2017 or prior) based on the notice appearing on the warehouse pages. While we do our best to maintain backward-compatibility, many new web technologies simply can’t run in older internet browsers.
